Pickup, Cancellations, and Refunds

Pickup Location

Launch orders are pickup only at Book People, 1640 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup is available during the store's posted hours.

Pickup Notification

Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup email before going to the pickup location. Bring your order number or the order email when collecting your order.

Pickup Hold Period

Completed orders are held for 30 days after the ready-for-pickup email unless we agree otherwise. If you need more time, email layerprint@blackboard.sh.

Cancellations Before Production

If production has not started, we can usually cancel the order and release the payment authorization. Card issuers may take time to remove a pending authorization from your statement.

After Production Starts

Because Layerprint products are custom-made, orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for preference changes, customer design mistakes, or no-longer-needed items once production has started.

Production Defects

If your item has a production defect, shortage, or material issue, contact us within 7 days of pickup with your order number and photos. If the claim is accepted, we may reprint, replace, refund, or partially refund the affected item.

Reprints

Accepted reprints are normally made from the same design and production settings used for the original order. Design changes may require a new order.

Shipping

Shipping is disabled for launch. If shipping becomes available later, shipping options, pricing, timelines, and tracking details will be shown before checkout.
