Who We Are

Layerprint is operated by Blackboard Technologies Inc. You can contact us at layerprint@blackboard.sh.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to design, produce, and support your order. This can include your name, email address, order details, design files, print files, filament selections, order status, pickup information, and customer support messages.

Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. Layerprint receives payment status, authorization, and transaction metadata, but does not store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create your order, generate production files, communicate order status, process payment authorization and capture, support reorders, troubleshoot print issues, prevent abuse, and improve the Layerprint service.

Designs and Uploaded Assets

Your design data and generated assets are stored with the order so you and Layerprint can reopen, produce, support, and reorder the exact item. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Service Providers

We use service providers to run the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Layerprint.

Cookies and Local Storage

The designer may use browser storage to preserve draft work and cart contents on your device. The admin app uses a secure session cookie for login. Payment checkout may use Stripe cookies or similar technologies.

Retention

We keep order records and design assets as long as needed to produce orders, support reorders, handle customer support, and meet business or legal requirements. You can request deletion of non-required data by contacting us.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing layerprint@blackboard.sh. Some order records may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
