Launch details, pickup, and order changes.
Where do I pick up my order?
Launch orders are picked up at Book People, 1640 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON. We email you when the order is ready, and pickup is during the store's posted hours.
When is my card charged?
Checkout authorizes your payment method first. Layerprint captures the payment after the order is accepted for production.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email layerprint@blackboard.sh as soon as possible. If production has not started, we can usually cancel the authorization or help adjust the order.
What happens if something prints wrong?
If a production defect affects your item, contact us with your order number and photos. We may reprint, replace, or refund the affected item depending on the issue.
Are designs saved for reorders?
Yes. Each order stores the exact design data and print files used for that order, so you can reopen the order page and reorder later.
Do you ship?
Shipping is not available at launch. Pickup is the only fulfillment option while the production workflow is being stabilized.
